If you should find another self-storage operator within a 3 mile radius of our site that offers better value, we guarantee to match their price.
- We conduct weekly price checks on our local self-storage competitors so that we can be sure that we continue to offer our customers the best value storage. • We also have a range of special offers from time to time too, and they can all be used in conjunction with each other. • Terms and conditions apply for all of our offers and our price match guarantee. Terms & Conditions
- Hold Storage Self Storage calculate value as a factor of price, facilities and service.
- To qualify for a price match, we will need to see a written competitor quotation, shown to one of our team members at the relevant store where you would like to take up storage. We will not be able to accept a verbal quotation. The quotation should include full details of what the price covers.
- Only quotes from competitors based within a 3 mile radius, as the crow flies, from the store will be accepted.
- Quotations should be for a like for like storage service with the same unit size, comparable facilities and for the same length of stay.
- The competitor quote must have a move in date within 1 week of your move in date and must be presented to our team in advance of signing your storage contract.
- Our price match promise is for new customers only, subject to availability and only includes units up to 250 square feet.
- Quotes from Hold Self Storage are valid for 7 days.
- The price match promise does not cover HOLDAssure contents cover or packaging materials
- Hold Storage Self Storage reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time and also reserve the right to refuse to price match on reasonable grounds.
- Any price offered as a result of our price match promise will be held for 3 months after the move in date but may increase after that date.
- These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
HOLD Lowest Price Guarantee
We want you to feel confident you're getting the best value when you store with HOLD. That's why we offer our Lowest Price Guarantee. If you find a comparable local quote, we'll beat it by 10% for your first 8 weeks. Just show it to us within 28 days of moving in.
Here's how it works:
• The guarantee applies to first-time HOLD customers only
• It applies to individual self storage rooms of the same size
• The competing quote must be from within 3 miles of our King's Cross store
• We compare total storage charges including VAT, based on a 4-week stay
• If the guarantee is applied, your reduced rate is fixed for a maximum of 3 months. After that, our standard rate applies
