Hold Storage Self Storage Electric Vehicle Charging Terms & Conditions
Use of EV Chargers: The EV chargers provided at Hold Storage facilities are intended to allow customers to top up their vehicles during their visit to our facilities. Charging spaces at our facilities are limited and as such we request that users are considerate of others and do not occupy those spaces longer than necessary. We reserve the right to require users to move. Users are responsible for properly connecting and disconnecting their vehicle from the EV charger. Please follow the manufacturer's instructions for charging your EV, these can be found in the Pod Point APP. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle resulting from your use of Hold Storage EV chargers.
Reservation: EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Non-Transferable: Your right to use the EV charger is personal to the main account holder and is not transferable to any other person or entity.
Liability: You agree that we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or any other property resulting from your use of the EV charger. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused to you or anyone else while using the EV charger. You use the EV charger at your own risk.
Charging Rates: The rates for EV charging services shall be determined by us and are subject to change at any time. Please check the rate in APP prior to charging. By using the EV chargers, you agree to pay the current charging rates as posted on the app.
Misuse of EV Chargers: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions, misuses the EV charger or our property, or behaves in a way that is disruptive or inconsiderate to our other customers.
Termination of Use: We reserve the right to terminate your use of the EV charger at any time and for any reason. If we terminate your use of the EV charger, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your charging time.
Payment: You will be charged for the amount of energy (KWh) you use based on the posted rate at the time of use. Payment may be made via the Pod Point App. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for any damages caused by your misuse of the EV charger.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the EV charger or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Modification of Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the EV charger after any modification to the terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
