HOLD Self Storage - “Win a Year of Storage” Competition T&Cs

1. Promoter
The promoter is Hold Self Storage, 5 Marylebone Mews, W1G 8PX.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18+.
• Excludes employees of Hold Self Storage, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

1. Follow @holdselfstorage on Instagram.
2. Like and save the competition post.
3. Tag at least one friend in the comments. Each tag counts as one entry.
4. Share the post to their Instagram Story and tag @holdselfstorage for 5 bonus entries.

No purchase necessary.

4. Competition Period

• Opens on the date the Instagram post is published.
• Closes 23:59 on 22 December 2025.
• Entries after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize

• One winner will receive one free storage unit for 12 months at Hold Self Storage.
• Unit size will be between 20–50 sq ft, depending on availability and the winner’s storage needs.
• The prize covers the unit fee only.
• Any optional extras (e.g., insurance, packing materials, transport) are not included.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via DM from the official @holdselfstorage Instagram account and announced on our page on 23 December 2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Hold reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Conditions

• Prize must be redeemed within 60 days of notification.
• Storage is subject to Hold’s standard terms, ID checks, and security procedures.
• The unit is for personal storage only and must not be used for prohibited items or commercial activities.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. General

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
• Hold reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion if necessary.
• By entering, participants agree to these T&Cs.
• The promoter’s decision is final.

9. Publicity

• By entering, the winner agrees to allow Hold to share their first name and city in winner announcements on social media.
• Any additional publicity participation will be optional and agreed separately.

10. Data

• Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition, in line with Hold’s privacy policy.
