There's no fixed contract, so you only pay for the time you actually need. Most people moving house in London use temporary storage for two to eight weeks, though some stay longer if their chain or renovation runs on.
It depends on the size of your home. A one or two bedroom property typically fits into 25 to 50 sq ft. Three to four bedrooms usually needs 75 to 100 sq ft. For larger homes or a lot of bulky furniture, 100 to 200 sq ft gives you proper room to stay organised and access things easily.

All HOLD units are individually alarmed and covered by 24-hour CCTV, monitored burglar alarms and fire detection systems. Entry is controlled and loading areas are fully lit. Your unit is accessed via a personal PIN that only you and any authorised users know.
If you need family members or a removal company to access on your behalf, we can set them up with their own PIN during reception hours.
Yes. Our reception team will take in and sign for parcels during reception hours. You can collect them when you come in to access your unit, at any time of day or night.
